<DescriptionText><text>
Performs various commands on the proofing vacuum roller. Command options are:
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr - Displays the status of the vacuum roller sensors, vacuum levels,
and the vacuum roller stepper motor status.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr up - Moves the vacuum roller up.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr down - Moves the vacuum roller down.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr neutral - Moves the vacuum roller to its neutral position.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr n - Same as above, less to type.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr vac - Controls or displays the status of the roller's vacuums. See
the separate documentation on the "vr vac" command for more information.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr move <pos> - Rotates the vacuum roller via its stepper motor to a specific
position relative to it's home position (index sensor), specified in millimetres
as measured along the roller's circumference. For example, to move the vacuum
roller 108 mm away from it's home position, type "vr move 108".
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr move home - Rotates the vacuum roller via its stepper motor to it's home
position (index sensor). Also resets the vacuum roller position to 0 once
home is found.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr move away - Moves the vacuum roller to the position stored in the nvs
parameter "aldrv limit".
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr jog <dist> - Rotates the vacuum roller via its stepper motor a specific
distance away from the current position, specified in millimetres as measured
along the roller's circumference. For example, to move the vacuum roller
backwards 20 mm from its current position, type "vr jog -20".
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr idle - Idles the vacuum roller's stepper motor.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr enable - Enables the vacuum roller's stepper motor; i.e. puts it into
"hold" mode (opposite from "idle").
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr init - Initializes the vacuum roller stepper motor controller. You
won't see anything move with this command, but rather can use this to reset the
TEE-board mounted stepper controller chip in the event of communication errors.
This is the same initialization performed during power-up and proofing loader
initialization.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr pos - Displays the current rotary position of the vacuum roller's
stepper motor.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr pos <pos> - Sets the current rotary position of the vacuum roller's
stepper motor, in millimetres. For example, to set the position to 250 mm,
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr speed - Displays the current speed setting (i.e. NOT the actual
speed, but just the setting that will be used for subsequent commands). This is
because the speed setting is stored in the TEE-board mounted stepper motor
controller chip.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr speed <s> - Sets the current speed setting for the vacuum roller's
stepper motor. Optional speeds are "slow", "med", and "fast". For
example, to set the stepper motor's speed to medium, type "vr speed med".
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
vr abort - aborts the current command in progress on the vacuum roller's
stepper motor.
